Bresaola con rucola |
I made it for the first time right after my friend with a broken foot got her foot surgery.... with her dictating each every step to take on preparing this dish.
- Put Bresaola on the plate
- Pour a whole lot of olive oil over the Bresaola
- Put Arugula on top of the Bresaola
- Pour much more olive oil onto the salad and some freshly squeezed lemon juice
- Spray Parmesan cheeses on top
- Pour even more olive oil or lemon juice if you wish
- You can also add some pepper to it...
